Black Screen

I get a black screen with audio playing when I boot up Isaac now and have been unable to find a fix. When I launch the game my screen goes black, mouse, and keyboard no longer work in the game. I can bring up task manager and then the Game will go into windowed mode and be visible. When I click on the game it returns to full screen black with me unable to interact with the game. Has anyone found a solution to this problem? I never had a issue until I "upgraded" to Windows 10.

I have 3 monitors and disabled them all so I can atleast say that is not the problem.

Same problem here, since I got W10. I can still browse the main menu, but the screen goes black as soon as the game is launched. The sound is played though. I tried all recommended solutions in vain.
Did anyone find something ?

Okay if anyone goes though this, I finally found the solution :
the black screen is caused by pre-AB+ mods. You cannot remove them from the game menu : instead you have to unsuscribe from the mods in the Steam Workshop.
