Yes Mother (message) and now dragging a knife behind me.

Tried looking this up, couple threads say it replaces tears but im still shooting tears, knife only carrys behind me, like isaac is holding it in reverse...

I looted a photo and 'Yes Mother' appaeared at the top, and this isn't the first time for me, had a couple other games and it just happens but no idea why or whats the effect.

This playthrough i'm currently paused at the 2nd floor, i have moms wig and a photo, i think it might be toms, not sure, and now this happended, so whats the deal?

Yes Mother is a transformation that occurs with I belive 3 mom related items, I forget what stats it modifies but you end up having a knife follow you around like a familiar.

It is transformation from afterbirth. You need to collect 3 items with Mom in name. It doesnt replace your tears but it summons knife behind you.
