Games too easy

I mean it's not like i'm gonna go out of my way to avoid looting pick-ups and power-ups but is this it. I mean i killed moms heart, isaac in the church level & the 3 stage satan in hell, i think i'm missing random bosses cause i have not seen 50 different ones yet. i've only played for 9 hours so far and my win ratio is im upto a 8 win streak so far....i'm slowly unlocking items for now...its getting a little bit repetitive.

Isaac and Satan are not end bosses.
According to your achievements, you still did not kill Mom's heart 5 times, the "Everything is Terrible" unlock. So you're basically still playing in easy mode.
Also, don't play using seeds, it prevents you from actually progressing.

To be fair, beating Satan in only 9 hours is pretty good.

But the game definitely gets harder. A lot harder.

I actually havnt been using seeds yet, and i guess the reason i havnt killed her heart 5 times is prolly cause i keep getting level skips past that to satan and isaac, though i bet im probably 1m kill away from that achie, i was considering going on hard mode next anyway.

i Understand it takes a while i logged 52 hours into the first binding of isaac, only missed about 15 items on that one.

Actually i've killed satan on 3 seperate occasions now & isaac once.

Bosses aren't usually what get me, it's usually those wiggly worms that fly really fast or bad items, like that exploding brain, sometimes respawning and instantly launching at a close target to decietfully steal life out of me, lol.

I've had some good items so far, 7 dmg + 7 tear rate with bouncing boomerang tears, A flying demon with a beam attack with 7 dmg, a luck build with coins on damage taken, 99 bombs and golden skeleton key, that build i managed to get up to maximum red hearts, and i also had one game where i had brother bboody, cyborg bobby, ghost bobby, charm bobby immortal bobby and a pet sludge i felt like a summoner that game, ♥♥♥♥ all personal stats but 6 allies spamming dmg for me lol.

Part of the game's gameplay is to make you feel OP, as Edmund stated while developing it.

I honeslty just feel that rebirth is alot easier then the original.

"I logged 52 hours into the first binding of Isaac..." There's your 2nd problem, lol. Add to that the fact you don't play on hard mode (which you should; you definitely don't want to have to go back and redo all the completion marks... Seriously, you don't.)
When I started playing rebirth, I thought it was significantly easier too; I even asked my friend if it was supposed to be that way. But once you start doing the challenges and start unlocking the "Everything is Terrible!" (I think there are 2 or 3 of those), and begin going for stuff like Boss Rush, Mega Satan, and the Hush, it'll get much more frustrating. Just wait until you unlock the Lost and the Keeper characters.

And even comparing hard modes in Original and Rebirth it's like comparing sun vs earth.

worst counter argument based on 2 characters. We might just add Azzazel and play only as him in Original Isaac and say that game is easy! Pretty similiar examples, honestly.
Those 2 secret characters don't stand a chance to survive in Original Isaac environments.

Did I mention original game in my comment? No, I didn't. I was only talking about Rebirth/Afterbirth and I wasn't comparing it to original, ever, so your argument is a bit out of place.
