What does the picture in the file mean?
So i was on my second run with maggie and got some awesome items. managed to beat moms heart in no time flat with a full health pill on deck and a devil room spawned. Went to sheoul and killed satan quick and got the ending for that. choose my file again and what seems to be a picture with 5 missing pieces. any idea what this is?

it is an item
when you complete the puzzle you get an item
you have to beat Satan 5 more times and you unlock "The Negative"
each Satan kill gives you a puzzle piece
