Spike block rooms keep ending my Keeper runs

can we just talk about how freaking annoying the spike block rooms can be, I have unlocked god head and i am now trying keeper. Everytime i get a decent seed a bloody spike block room kills me.

I haven't unlocked the absoloute sack of cancer known as the Keeper, but you should maybe try outplaying the spikes and then pretty much just RUNNING FOR YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ LIFE.

True. So far I have got completion of cathedral, greed mode and heart as keeper. And literelly when ever i seem to get a great combo, eg; death's head + wide shot + damage ups. I get a spike room that is filled with the buggers and its just nearly impossible unless you have high speed.

Well i have had it, the final straw. I got epic foetus, mutant spider and lucky rock and then once i enter the room my rockets blow up these rocks sending spikes towards me, killing me.
