missing no. problem

while playing as a tainted eden rolled me missing no. so I tried to change it so as not to lose important items but everything changed only not missing no. after a while I drew the R key which I immediately used but still missing no. did not want to change. does anyone also have such a problem?

Missing No. can't be rerolled into another item, to prevent it from rerolling itself by its own effect. This isn't a bug.

According to the wiki, the Butter! trinket and the Genesis active item are the only ways to get rid of it.
