razor blade not unlocking on Eve

so ive recently unlocked razor blade on Eve but when i start a run as hr i dont actually have the item whats more weird is when i look at the character description it shows that i have it unlocked im playing afterbirth btw could someone ps help

"Eve holds the Razor" only works if you also unlock the Razor itself. Go kill Satan as Eve, and then she'll start with it.
