But the speed of the tear-laser depends on your speed and should never be faster, than you can move. However, the "I'm Drowsy..."-pill breaks these for some reason and make them impossible to avoid. Basically, don't use that pill during the fight.
it being 40% hp is a "bug", the intended functionality is to do that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ at 1% hp, but the fight's still much better than delirium lol
Ahh. Wonder why it isn't fixed by now then.
Also I had the stopwatch and the laser seemed faster, maybe that's why.
the 40% hp thing instead of 1% is probably a feature just labelled as a glitch because people don’t like it, there’s no reason why the % of hp for hush to go crazy would just randomly break.
Stop Watch doesn't have this problem.
Devs usually say the opposite, if they can't be bothered fixing a bug. And coupled with how often new patches broke Hush (remember when Hush just didn't spawn half the time?), i say it's definitely a bug and there still are plenty left to squash in the game.
if it is a bug why hasn't it been fixed in updates after it's been found
iirc they confirmed it was a bug and said something about having serious trouble trying to fix it though this is just what i remember from being on the isaac discord server so take it with a grain of salt
