DELETE THIS challenge refuses to complete

I finished the hidden DELETE THIS challenge by picking up the trophy after killing ??? and the challenge didn't complete and I didn't receive the achievement for completing it. This has never been a problem in the past when playing challenges, so I tried to use the challenge completer mod to complete it (which I already had installed), and that doesn't work either, any idea what my problem is?

Apparently the challenge can simply not complete due to some random effect.


If you want to cheat it out, you don't need that mod (according to another recent thread it might be based on outdated files, hence why it doesn't work on Repentance - I haven't checked myself to be honest).
Just open the debug console, type the "debug 3" command to make you unkillable, give yourself a few items with the "giveitem" command if you want, and use the "stage 11a" one to teleport to the chest. You can even give yourself an Emperor card with "giveitem k5" if you don't want to explore the floor.
