Easiest way to find moving box?

Tried multiple runs with isaac and spamming d6 across all shops but to no avail. Any tips? I tried greed mode previously but I never found it there either.

And you'll never find it in Greed mode, as it is in none of the Greed mode item pools. So you can stop trying there.

Can only be found in shops during regular runs (more precisely: it's only in the shop item pool for regular runs). Assuming you unlocked it, of course.

I assume you need it for Dead God and you have Death's Certificate unlocked. In that case, break Greed Mode and fish for Death's Certificate. D20 alone or Blank Card+2 of Diamonds can break the game easely, then it's a matter of time, until you buy Chaos (DC is Secret Room pool only) and then you keep buying items, until you eventually get Death's Certificate.

Also keep an eye out for item spawners to use on the Secret Room (reverse Lovers, Mystery Gift, etc). Re-rolls should also be kept for secret-room pedestrals.

If you have lots of Eden tokens, you can also just spam "R" on your keyboard on regular runs with Tainted Eden. But don't do it too fast, since Eden might also start with something, like Death's Certificate or Mystery Gift (which you might as well try at the 1st floor Shop). You also want to try just doing a regular run with him, if he holds an active item from the Shop or Secret Room pool. Or maybe Eden starts with the "´M"-trinket, which re-rolls active items upon use, so you may as well try that.

My best advise is don't stress it. Make runs and it'll spawn at some point anyway you'll get this item sooner or later

I normally wouldn't mind, but it's literally the last item I need to fill out my item collection page and unlock all secrets (minus "Dedication", but I will unlock that soon)

Eden can spawn with basically any item (very few exceptions).
