For me, it's WAY harder. Ultra Greed seems to attack a whole lot faster and more frequently.

So i am happy that i have done him with eve , lazarus before this archievement but still havent done with blue baby :(

When you beat Ultra Greed with Blue Baby you get Cracked Dice, which you can together with IV bag use to break the game. Good luck with the fight :)
