Best Item Synergies?

Just wanted to know, what are your favorite Item synergies? It can be as many items as you want. My personal favorite would be the old but gold, Tammy's Head + Brimstone.

nop only need ipecac and compost. infinite high damage flies for cheap, have gotten a few runs with ipecac in first item room and compost in first or second shop.

Cricket's body, compound fracture, the parasite and lachriphagy (maybe add dead onion for the good o'l piercing plus spectral) then fill the room with tears and have a good time! :)


Also cricket's body, compound fracture and the parasite are godlike with ludovicho technique!

My reflection,dead eye,eye of bellial(prob spelled wrong idc),deaths touch and a lot of range as well as a low tear delay.

My initial synergy: D20 + More Sacks
1) Find a room with plenty rerollables (many coins or whatever).
2) Reroll
3) Likely chests and sacks will apear (Try to pick up as few as possible)
4) Open the chests sacks (if you are lucky, another Battery wil appear).
5) Collect battery and repeat basically endlessly

The more items appear, the more likely a new Battery will appear.

The chests will contain Items at some point.

With this method and time, you will collect almost every Item in that Item pool, basically creating every synergy possible.

I got this to a point, where my computer almost died with one shot, cause so much was happening.

One shot instant Mega Satan kill (Yes one shot, cause the shot multiplied and whatnot for plenty of seconds killing Mega Satan in all his forms and his Disciples in between).

I'll put something without the use of Brimstone:
Dr. Fetus, Sad Bombs, Crickets Body, Holy Light and Brittle Bones, almost killed Hush with it but I only had 2 Hearths, which was the only thing holding me down, still got him to 0.5/4 of his HP!
