For sounds such as monster sounds:
Create a .wav sound file.
Give it the name of the sound you want to replace.
Create folders and subfolders to place it where it should be.
Example:
I'm creating a modded version of "child angry roar.wav".
I create the new sound as a .wav file.
I give it the same name.
I put it in the resources/sfx folder (which I probably have to create first, but that's not a problem).
The game should load it instead of the original one.
For the title theme and stage themes I convert them from .wav to .ogg like one guide told me and place them under the "music" file. After doing that I ended up hearing the main theme instead of the custom song instead.
Ah, I see. Still I'm in the unpacked folder looking for the afterbirth folder. No wait nvm, already sound the problem. I see the folder and thanks for helping.
The (new) main theme is here, as well as Afterbirth level themes.
If you don't see it, you might want to get the latest version of Rick's unpacker.
Rebirth musics must be placed in resources/music only by the way, not in the afterbirth subfolder.
Got it, like mentioned before thank you for helping me now I can start on making mods.
