C section won't appear

Hi!
I've unlocked c section before it was fixed by patch (so before it is effectly foundlable) but i can't found it even if i've patched the game.
I've trided a lot of seed but nothing, c section is always replaced by other items.
There a way to fix it?

You could always check the room Death Certificate sends you to and see if it appears there. Easy way to do that is craft it with 8 bone hearts in T. Cain's Bag of Crafting

Seed generation changes each time something is added into the game, either from content updates or mods. Point is: seeds generated before the latest Repentance update are unreliable, and you should always disable all your mods before testing seeds.

The best way to know if something is unlocked or not on your save is the secrets menu. C Section is number 463. If it is visible, then it can be generated during runs, no doubt about that.
According to the wiki it is only in the Treasure room item pool (golden rooms), both for regular runs and Greed mode.
