Pay to play challenge
Been trying this challenge and spikes instantly kill me, so I can't go into cursed rooms or anything. Was wondering if this is a bug or if it's actually part of the challenge?

Spikes are not supposed to instantly kill you in that challenge. The only mechanic is that you start with 50 coins and if you ever drop down to 0 coins you die.

Do you have any mods enabled? That usually ends up being the problem with random issues like this.

I did have mods enabled, thank you for the reminder! Turned them off for the challenge and it fixed it straight away
