Game won't launch, Windows 11.

Hello, I was just seeking some help regarding the fact that no matter what I seem to do, I can't get Isaac to run. I click play on steam, it shows that it's booting up then it stops. I've tried compatibility mode, I've tried uninstalling mods and completely disabling them, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times as well as verified the file integrity. None of this seems to help at all. I have a windows 10 desktop that can run Isaac perfectly fine, it's just this laptop is not wanting to cooperate. I also don't have any trouble playing any other game that I own, it just seems to be Isaac giving me this issue. If any of you might be able to offer guidance and solutions, I would be grateful. This helped me from another post,

Go to C:\Users\"NAME"\Documents\my games\Binding of Isaac repentance

Then open options.ini with the editor and change "EnableMods=1" to "EnableMods=0"

This should deactivate your mods in isaac.
Then start the game and reactivate your mods and try them out.
If they crash the game, leave them deavtivated.

Have you gotten it to work yet because I just bought the game and I am having the same Issue

Have you tried enabling compatibility mode for win 10 - 7 on the properties of the executable?
This game was developed before windows 11 came out so compatibility mode might actually help.

Hey idk if you figured it out but when I had the issue I just deleted the whole modded versions file in my games and it worked
