What items keep tears in the air longer?

I got a neat item synergy but I was wondering what items could improve it.
Sinus infection + Brimstone + ouija board + Soy milk + Pop!
Leads to a bunch of floating, semi-transparent, green eyes, Kinda looks like ghost goo eyes to me.

But the eyes don't stay in the air very long. Any suggestions for items that'd make them stay around longer? (It's just for visual effect and not for actual gameplay)

Ideally items that wouldn't change how they look, continuum for example makes them flicker purple. Even Brimstone being there is essential since otherwise the tears are normal eyes, brimstone's the item that adds the transparency and green to them.

"Pop!" would make them stay on screen for a long time as well as causing them to knock into each other, but they'd change their appearance to eyeballs.

Not sure, how the following items/stats would interact with your synergy, but "Eye of the Occult" also allows tears, to be on-screen for much longer. It gives tears a purple hue and makes them controllable.
Some classic items, which allow tears to stay on screen longer, don't change tear appearance, but tear behavior in a potentially unwanted way, are "My Reflection", "Tiny Planet" and "Anti Gravity".
You can also try simply having high range and/or high shot-height + low shot-speed.
