i had a really good run going and i got cursed eye which completly ruined it anyone know how to open console so i can fix this

Without the console you can fix this by getting black candle in the shop, mom's knive or brimstone in devil deal etc

also how do you make sure mods are enabled because i have a few installed but never seen them

If you're referring to mods from the workshop, make sure Afterbirth+ is installed. Then enable them in the mod menu.
