How to acess second item behind wall in trapdoor rooms?
I can't think about a way, tried bombing it.

One Crawl Space layout contains two items, one of which is entirely enclosed by walls. The following are ways to obtain the seemingly off-limits item:
Teleport to it with Stitches;
Grab it with Mr. ME!;
Jump through the wall with How to Jump
Using Void with Birthright when playing as Apollyon has a 10% chance to spawn the item after being voided
Absorb it with Moving Box, then spawn it in another room;
Clipping through the wall with Pluto
Cloning the item using Diplopia and grabbing the copy spawned underneath.
This applies as well for Crooked Penny
Using Damocles will spawn both item copies on the ground.

well one way would be if you had bait and switch
nothing's stopping you from giving it to yourself in the debug console each game, just in case :eyes:
