No achievements

For some reason i have the no achievements icon even though i deleted all my mods. I played isaac on playstation and just got it on my PC and i basically immediately enabled mods. even after i deleted my mods and killed moms heart i didnt get anything for it

If you still see the crossed-out trophy symbol on the left side of the screen, below your pick-up counter, then that means something is still preventing achievements/unlocks.

If you have Repentance, you also need to make sure to disable the debug-console.

Go to

C:\Users\<YourUserName>\Documents\My Games\The Binding of Isaac Repentance\

and open the file "options.ini" with Notepad. Make sure, that the line "EnableDebugConsole=" is set to "EnableDebugConsole=0".

this didnt woke for me

You have to restart because if mods are enabled before mom is defeated, then acheivments are off through the whole game
