Mom's Box Trinket Bug(?) (Never Mind)

So I've been experiencing this weird bug revolving around the trinkets spawned from Mom's Box.
Sometimes this happens to random trinket drops but it's been happening more frequently from Mom's Box.

Whenever I get a trinket (say Blister) and move to the next floor, the trinket sometimes disappears from the slot, but it's effects are still active, and I can even fit a new trinket without the use of Belly Button or similar items. This doesn't happen with all the trinkets; Callus and Blister are affected, but Tonsils and Golden Horseshoe wasn't affected.

Anyone else having this issue?

Oh it was the pill? Wow im pretty stupid lol thanks for pointing that out. I thought it was some kind of bug cause I usually dont pay attention when taking pills.
