Why is soy milk even in the game?

Its completely useless because of how much it can bring your damage down. I had max damage with epic fetus and accidentally picked it up. Result was that epic fetus was super weak and can my damage was set all the way back to 1 bar. Is there any way where the tears up from soy milk is usefull with the dmg down?

But with other items like The Inner Eye, Mutant Spider, Lump Of Coal, etc. Soy Milk can become great

picking it up early allows damage items to impact more. And its their game they can put whatever tf they want into it.

I just meant as in whats its use since each power up gives an advantage one way ir another and thanks for the tip
