Camo Undies are bugged with mouse-aim enabled

I always played Isaac even back in the flash version days with mouse for aiming, so I enabled it in the game files once it disappeared (in Afterbirth/Repentence... or was it already gone in Rebirth? I can't remember).

And up until now, I thought Camo Undies was an S-tier item, since every enemy that isn't a boss is *permanently* confused. Then I saw the description of the item, and did some testing - and it turns out that using mouse to fire doesn't count as pressing the fire button...

So yea, mouse-aim basically turns an otherwise crap-tier item into a run-stomper

Sounds like something that will get patched at some point, either by considering it as properly shooting, or by completely removing this option (since it's been hidden in the options file since Rebirth launched).

hopping in on the necro - if I was a dev I wouldn't fix it either since it's not even a mod, you're manually editing a config file so you're kinda asking for trouble + the % of players that use mouse aim is likely in the <1% range if I had to guess
