Item pool for rerolling Items from Beggars/Blood Donation Machines

If I get an item from a Beggar and I reroll that, do I get another item from the Beggar pool? I know that the Blood donation machine rerolls into ither stuff but have no idea what pool that is. It does not seem to be the gold chest pool nor the shop. Pretty sure I got a guppy item from it once. Does it even have a pool or is it every item?

It depends on the room you're currently in, so if for example you get an item from beggar in the angel room and reroll it, you can get something like Sacred Heart from it.
That's why rooms like secret room with a reroll machine exist. At first it seems like it's the worse room possible to get, but as soon as you have some ways to spawn items in there it's a gg

what Pools do arcades use then? Seems like the treasure room but not sure.

Rerolls use the current room's item pool. If said pool is empty or if there's no specific pool for the current room, rerolls will use the treasure pool instead. If that one is empty too, you'll only get the Breakfast item instead.

The arcade room itself doesn't have a specific pool, so it uses the treasure one.

Nice, so infinite rerolls allow yourself to get some amazing combos in these 2 Blood donation machine rooms. Good to know for the future.
