so i have all mods disabled but the game still blocks achievements

Mods shouldnt stop you from getting achievements

its the fact that it doesnt matter if i have them disabled or enabled, progression is still locked

are you using tab to disable them or disabling every one manually? because you need to press tab to disable them in order to get achievements.

Make sure the debug console is completely disabled as well (manually, in the options file) if you haven't unlocked the Womb yet on that save.

ok ive searched all over and i cant find where thats supposed to be

Open options.ini

Make sure EnableDebugConsole=0 is set to zero.
