Maggy's Faith won't unlock

I've just completed the full post it note for Maggy but when going through my secrets and achievements the Maggy's Faith isn't there. I have definitely beaten the dark room with Maggy on hard mode. I've never modded the game nor used any seeds. Any ideas?

Check again. It's secret #71.

Yep it isn't there as well as the achievement but it's clearly on the completion note
