Ace of Spades card unlock ("It's the Key" achievement)

Has anyone tried to do it in the current version of Repentance?

I've just killed the Lamb with the Lost on normal difficulty – didn't get anything for that.
I didn't pick up any hearts, coins and bombs during the run – nothing.
Do I need to do it on the Hard difficulty?

Alright, I've managed to get it – again, using the Lost on the normal difficulty.
I still have no idea what prevented me from getting it the previous time. Was it a bug that was fixed in the latest patches? Did I take a soul heart by mistake? Did taking passive bomb-related items matter?
I guess I'd never know.

Getting pickups from passives (e.g. Sad Bombs) or consumables, if they give them to you directly (2 of Clubs, Balls of Steel, etc.) is allowed. There was probably just a Soul, Black or Eternal heart spawning on top of you and you didn't notice.

For future reference, it's a good a idea to always move away from the center of the room, while attempting a "It's The Key"-run.

Yeah, I'm aware of that and that's what I've been doing – that's why I was surprised I didn't get the unlock the first time.
