These are all pill effects that don't have any additional oomph at all when found as horse pills. Edmund, I ask thee one simple question:

WHY THE ♥♥♥♥ NOT??!!!

Here's my suggestions:

Amnesia - Additionally applies Curse of the Unknown.
Percs, Addicted, I'm Drowsy, and I'm Excited - Lasts the entire floor.
??? - Rerolls the floor with 2 curses added on top of any naturally generating curses. One will always be Curse of the Maze.

It's a travesty that these pill effects don't do anything else as they are. Ed pls
