Invincible Poop Bug?

So not sure if its a byproduct of me modding. but I am seeing some invincible little red poops that circle the rim of a room. they won't die at times. and at other times they do. I am just unsure whether its base game or a mod causing issues. anyone got advice?

They only spawn from poop enemies. and I can re-enter a room via bomb exit, but sometimes they still don't die. I noticed if I kill the host. or parent poop, they will die instantly if overpowered by damage.

Sadly no. I haven't actually played in a while either. I moved on to MagiCraft and Spell Disk for some the combo roguelikes.
