No mods, first run in a day, not a challenge, still can't progress

I can't progress, even after beating mom 4 times, I disabled mods, didnt work, deleted and unsubscribed, even restarted. I just click new run and start up with isaac, it always has the little no achievment symbol.

Do you have the command console enabled (not used, but set so you can bring it up, I think that is enabled by altering some file, look it up).

List of things that prevent all kind of progress:
- Seeds (except a few special ones)
- Challenges (except for their reward obviously).
- Daily Runs.
- Reruns and Victory Laps (except for a few specific unlocks).
- Any active mod from the mod menu before Mom is killed once on that save (no matter what they do, other saves are irrelevant).
- Enabling the console before Mom is killed once on that save (even if you don't use it).
- Paranoid antivirus programs (or missing rights) preventing the game from creating/editing its save file.

yeah ive checked all these things, i even deleted my save file 1, i just tried on my save file 2, i have enabled console on my first save file before i deleted and used mods on it before i deleted. Ill try beating mom on my second save file ig, but it says no achievment rn as i started on it.

Make sure the debug console is disabled, do not enable any mod.

lmao literally just beat mom again on save file 2, no mods or debug opened on that file, and it didnt work :(

Repentance changed enabling the console from being based on having mods enabled, to it can only be enabled or disabled by editing a certain file. Look at the wiki page for the debug console to see what file and where it is (I guess it is already enabled if you had mods on before repentance.)

yes you are right, i went to C:\Users\[username]\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Repentance\options.ini

and changed EnableConsole to 0
