My progression has been reset after i installed dlc...

Is that normal? I had the base game for a long time. And today i finally decided to buy all dlc and installed them. And my progress has been reset as if i had never played any run... Is this working as intended?...

Yes. look for the "import save" option in the menu where you select a save file

Or I think it was import rebirth, the key word you're looking for is import

... I don't remember too well how to do it since I haven't had to. Look it up on Google and sorry for the bad answer but here's some hope: I do believe the save can be transferred, it just needs a simple step... that I don't recall right now...

I think it involves moving a save file somewhere or messing around with steam cloud saves but you'll get there, it would take like 10 minutes to research.

No problem, it wasn't a bad answer at all. I think I'll just restart. I haven't played in such a long time, maybe it's a nice oportunity to have a fresh experience once again.

Here's something else you may try, go to manage dlc and uncheck repentance and afterbirth plus but leave afterbirth checked and see if the import rebirth thing is there. After that and getting the save, close the game and check the other dlc back.

I think afterbirth plus should still have the option actually, repentance might be the problem?

I spoke too fast, i can see my progress in both arterbirth and afterbirth+ but not in repentance and it doesn't show the import rebirth option either, you've been of great help nonetheless.

I may be a bit late but another thing to keep in mind is holding down alt + f2 in the stats screen, syncs your unlocks with steam achievements.

I'm having the exact same issue... I was able to get my progress from rebirth onto afterbirth but not repentance!
