Angel Room?

Hello guys, can you tell how to increase the % of Angel Room?
On isaac's wiki it says that if I don't take damage for the entire room, the devil room probability increases by 99%. I have tried to take damage / not take damage and the probability always increases (sometimes 100% and sometimes 67.5%), but the probability of the angel room always remains at 50%... how can I make a safe run with Azazel (for example) in which I make 2 angel rooms appear?
PS: i don't have repeteance dlc.

Clarification: the "devil room chance" should be read as "chance to get any deal", and "angel room chance" should be read as "chance to get an angel instead of a devil if you get a deal".

Your "devil chance" is the chance to get a deal room of any kind (either a devil or an angel room).
Your "angel chance" is the chance to get an angel instead of a devil if that room is generated.

You have to first get a devil room and not take anything from it, from then on only angel rooms should spawn (at least I think)

Or don't go into the devil room in the first place and the next room will be an angel room, if the conditions are met (i. e. as less damage as possible on the floor)

Only on Repentance, which OP doesn't seem to have, based on how they describe the percentages? Not sure, though.
Also, it has nothing to do with "as less damage as possible", it's only about red heart damage.

Floor 1 only chance to see a devil deal is by the joker card - or red chest
Floor 2 The devil deal will be at 100% as long as u dont take ANY RED HEART DAMAGE taking damage from an enemy will drop it down to round about 33 ish %? getting hit by a boss it will drop to around 3% - if the devil deal appears skip the deal and just enter the new floor
Floor 3 the angel deal with start at a 33% and will increase every 33% step with every new floor when u did not get a deal on Floor 3 until it pops up ( not sure if the increase % is correct but it will increase tho)
Floor 4 and further - if u got a Angel deal at floor 3 the percentage will stay around 18% or so idk the excat number but beware the devil deal will also be around the same percantage.

there are items that will increase ur deal chance like book of belial

bombing the shop keeper also increases the chance

One Playable Character will have the chances swaped and starts with a 100% chance of an Angel deal on Floor 2 (wont spoil it i think it was a repentance character)

Tip if u get your hands on dark soul or soul hearts - if u get hit the deal chances wont decrease as long as u dont take red heart damage

No, it doesn't have any effect on anything. Unless you mean the "skipping the devil room on floor 2" part, in that case yes, it does decrease it. But, again, this mechanic only exists in Repentance.

No, the chance of opening the room in general.

Again. Read the wiki link I posted above, it lists everything that affects angel room generation chance.
