Completion mark not showing up

I have defeated the Hush 3 times now as Issac and the completion mark still wont show up ?

Are you using something that could disable achievements? a seed for example, or doing it in a rerun

no i have never used seeds or mods, I got the achievment for doing it on my first time and have unlocked many things today

If you have any achievement on Steam that you don't in the game, you can press Alt + F2 to syncr them. Maybe that helps you

I have the achivement just not the completion mark on my post it note

Alright starting to lose my mind, Just completed hush again on issac, when I opened my menu right after the hush icon was there but the mega satan, void and bottle middle where gone, When i finished the game I went back to issac AND STILL NO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ICON

If you got revived as another character, that character got the marks, not Isaac.

Did you do it during a victory lap ? Because then it doesn't count.
