Only seeing bottom left corner on fullscreen
Today when starting up the game I'm only seeing the bottom right corner of the game when I'm in full screen mode. Only thing that's changed between last time I played and now is a Nvidia driver update. No hardware changes or any other software changes.
I've searched and found other threads describing somebody with the same issue, but they had a laptop and pressed Fn+F4 to fix the issue, and I'm on a desktop and I don't have that hotkey.

Checked my display settings and nothing has changed, still at 1920x1080.

Dragging the windowed game to attempt to stretch it to a larger resolution zooms it to the bottom left as well.

Not sure where to go from here.

Press "F" that'll toggle it to windowed mode. Pressing it again will return it to full screen, displaying correctly.

Unfortunately it does not Chizzler. In the past that has worked for this issue for me but this time it is not working. It's more zoomed in this time than it has been in the past. Maybe 400% this time instead of the usual 200% maybe?

Wow okay, it'll work the first time I play it, after that I have to restart the computer or it'll be zoomed in. I would think Geforce experience or another overlay, but I don't have geforce's overlay enabled, and steam's overlay has always worked fine in the past.

All resolution issues were fixed for me when I set 'Disable display scaling on high dpi settings" in the compatability window after right clicking and selecting properties on the isaac exe file.

That sounds like it could work. I'll try it out tonight and let you know.

Didn't work, just gave me a ton of screen tearing.

I've found out that it works once the first time I start my computer. If I close the game and try to launch it again, it's zoomed in. Nothing will fix it besides restarting my computer. I've even tried restarting my graphics driver with Custom Resolution Utility.

Now it's not working at all again, great.

Sorry to hear your still having issues with this...I've got a partial workaround for you. Head over to

C:\Users\"Username"\Documents\My Games\Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ (or "...\Binding of Isaac Rebirth" if you don't own the expansion)

Open Options.ini

Modify the lines to match your screen resolution:
WindowWidth=
WindowHeight=

You may have to then tweak it slightly to get the results you want, but hopefully that should allow you to at least play in a larger Windowed Mode.

Well, I tried making the WindowWidth= and WindowHeight= equal to my monitor resolution, and now it's just zoomed in on the bottom left, with a larger window. I don't understand this.

Do you have this problem with dlc's off? If no, then check rebirth/ab options.ini and copy all what you need to ab+ (what is different and can change the resolution).
I had the same problem with ab+ and that helped me (sorry, can't remember what exactly I changed, but it definitely wasn't only Width and Height).

I tried disabling the DLCs on your suggestion, it changed the windowwidth and windowheight back to the default settings, so I know it changed the ini settings, but the issue continues.

Could you upload your options.ini file somehow so I can paste it into my game and try that?

Apparently I just need to alt+tab out and back in as a workaround, and the game screen will be back to the size it's supposed to be. Doesn't explain why it's happening, but it lets me play the game again :/
