PHD + False PHD?

Just wondering, what would happen if you get both PHD and False PHD?

My guess would be, whichever item you get 2nd overwrites the 1st one? or something like that

You get the same return to normal pill distributions effect with either Virgo or Lucky Foot and False PHD, too.
