Transformations
For some time I haven't been able to achieve any transformation even tho I have required items. For example today I got mongo baby, lil brimstone and sis maggy and didn't get Conjoined tranformation. The same thing happend yesterday when I couldn't get leviathan transformation. Did anyone had a similar problem?

Base Rebirth only has Guppy (cat-related items) and Beelzebub (fly-related items). Leviathan and Conjoined are added by Afterbirth.

Most of the transformations were added in DLC, do you just have the base game?

Just the base game, but I think that guppy,leviathan or this conjoined transformations are in base game
