[HELP] The binding of Isaac: Repentance crashing on startup

Can't start isaac anymore, shows blank screen on startup then crashes, tried every fix possible and still showing problems, here's my crashdump i found on my documents path, ty for any help possible.

Already tried, even editing options.ini into my documents folder

i have a solution for a temporary fix but it's hella annoying u need to reinstall steam then when u reinstall it and install the game works but not for long it works untill it happends aghen and u need to reinstall steam aghen idk if it's a windows thing or not but it's hella annoying that u can't find a good fix for it

Had a similar problem. My issue was resolved by deleting the mods in the BOI install folder. Initially I tried just unsubscribing from all my mods, but that didn't work.

Absolutely godsend this 100% is the fix because I've been having this problem, went and did this, literally just deleted them didn't even have to unsubscribe from them (honestly let the game re-download them the second I got back in even) and bang bang boom everything's fine

B:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods ( the first letter depends on ur drive and how u set it for you might not be B like me )

Go to Finder and then press at the same time the keys ⇧⌘G
Put: ~/Library/Application Support/Steam/ should be this ? im not 100% sure bcz i do not have a mac i have a pc

hey so, none of these are working for my, infact my game doesnt even start, anyone got a solution? i deleted all my mods, unchecked repent +, installed new drivers and all that.

Mac doesnt have a defined documents folder like PC does. However, I did some surfing thru my files and found a solution. To all Mac users who have this bug: Press (cmnd + shift +g) at the same time to search your files. Input /Users/(your username here)/library, then find the file titled "Binding of Isaac Afterbirth+ Mods", and delete. your game will now run.
