Trisagion and Ludovico Technique are broken.

Trisagion + Ipecac will damage you.
Ludovico Technique + homing tears are forbidding to control your tears in room with enimes, and can softlock run on host(enemy), because you can't take away tears from host? he takes damage, and won't open(in my run i also had Trisagion and inner eye)

theres also monstro's lung + quadshot or inner eye which doesnt give you any more tears and halves your tearrate effectively halving your damage output for no real reason
