How do you find more planetariums, or how what are the requirements to make more appear?

Planetariums have a 1% chance to replace a treasure room. If you skip entering a treasure room altogether, it goes up by 20% each time. If you enter a planetarium, it resets the chance back down to 1%.

Unless you have the Telescope Lens trinket, Magic 8 Ball, or Crystal Ball, which increases the chance further in... weird ways.

skip item rooms and rely on RNG for the telescope lens trinket in super secret rooms or moms box :/
