Can more than one Planetarium spawn in a run?
I'm having hard time finding info on this.

Wrong! I actually got very lucky and got two planetariums in a single run! Basically, after you get one, you can still get the second one but the chance locks on 1% and the only way to further increase it is by Telescope Lens. But it's still possible to get a second Planetarium without the trinket.
