Planetariums are....oof

Well, I wasn't whining much because practice makes perfect in almost any thing in this game
But planetarium rooms and their reqs for their spawn is just...WHAT

I mean srsly game? You want me to not have any fun with possible good items in treasure rooms - make me suffocate myself with ♥♥♥♥♥♥ starter stats till I get lucky enough to meet this OHJEEZUSITSPLANETROOM

I get it - those item COULD P O T E N T I O A L L Y give you burst to roll your face to the victory but some items are weird AND you probably at low hp when you get them anyways

Now I can say for sure and join the ranks of whiners - The game is becoming not fun at all

There's one good case scenario for Planetariums -- doing the true ending route. Since you can access all skipped item rooms during the Ascent. And skipping treasure rooms will guarantee you are Planetarium by Depths 1 at latest. I always do that when going for the True Ending now.

i just skip the first one, and any curse of the blind treasure room, no need to skip more than 1 to get decent chances

Also, it's a decent use scenario for the Dream Catcher. Otherwise a pretty meh item, but it lets you see what's in the treasure room without entering it, and then skip ones that are bad.

Yeah I just beat Final Boss with Event Run and a Planet item
The problem is - I wanted Knife mark tho ;'D
Terra is a good Item - thats for sure but still
Any other ways besides Telescore and starter stats to play?
Because I think there's A LOT of Planet Items to get into gallery before I say goodbye to this thing

I've never skipped item room since repentance and still keep getting planetariums quite a lot. Even once got em twice in a row on corpse and sometimes on a first floor.
Why the f do you even need them that much? Only for collecting all items, which isn't hard at all now (there's some good items for that)

I have actually never skipped an Item room unless I don't have a key to open it for the floor but still end up having that 1% chance of getting it sometimes. When you think about it considering the game was playable before planetariums with only item rooms sometimes getting that 1% chance is just a nice thing to see with no need to trying to get that room exactly. Maybe it's just me and the fact I haven't played with all of the planetarium items but item rooms in my opinion are still a bit better

Well, if you're aiming for 100% than trust me, you're gonna unlock some really good item which can help you with that.
Well, to be real, there's even more ways to obtain specific items now.

Nobody's forcing you to go to the Planetariums, unless you want to 100% the DLC. And even in that case, I think there's much harder things for you to worry about than having to skip 1 item room for a 20% chance of a Planetarium each floor for the rest of the run (or until you find one).

This game was clearly designed to be 100% completed there's no point playing without finding ALL of the content

That is literally not possible without the specific spawn rate/double spawn trinket as getting one to spawn sets the spawn rate of the room to zero until something else changes it.

It turns out you can get two without the trinket...Its just a double 1% chance.

Also some people just want to play with new mechanics like Moon(Secret rooms = tear rate up)/Uranus (Turns enemies into ice sculptures that can be pushed around or shot at to explode like euthanasia).

you're gonna tell me you're at 99% of full completion, and going for planetarium is the last thing you miss ? there's a lot of stuff you will have to do, just do planetariums on the side, they happen every run.
