Mausoleum door doesnt appear

As title says. I have done a few runs now and the mausoleum door doesnt appear even if i have both knife pieces

I had the same... had the knife too.. I ended up in the womb I think

You have to either be in the Mines/ Ash Pit 2, or Depths/ Necropolis/ Dank Depths 1 for it to show up.

Even then it has not appeared for me.

Neither for me. Oddly enough it is appearing in my runs now, i have no clue what the problem was. I just kept playing and without unlocking anything it just appeared

Hey, i know im a little late but i was just wondering, did you defeat mother before the doors started showing? I'm trying to fight beast but just can't seem to get the door to appear in the first room of dank depth 2. I think maybe you need to defeat mother first and then the doors appear?

The "Strange Door" leading to Beast is unlocked by killing Mother and only appears in Depths II and it's equivalents, but not in Mausoleum/Gehenna II.
