Steam's organisation of these forums arent great. as this doesnt show on the front page but the 4.0.1 is.
Also the search function of these forums are broken if you search "4.0.2" or "v4.0.2" this thread does not show up. if you search bug thread it does though. Pinning it would put it at the top. Pinning and clearing old pins would fix this issue.
EDIT: after i made this comment it bumped this thread to the top of the front page. but a pin would make it so its always on the front page untill you until you decide to unpin it.
At least I can keep on continuing here.
Spawning a purgatory ghost as either form of tainted lazarus will crash the game if a ghost is still alive while flipping form after clearing a room.
Edit: tried to go to sheol again as tainted eden , but this time it worked.
Another stacktrace similar to previous transmistted, crash at same address in isaac-ng.exe, new since to 4.0.2, not seen on 4.0.1 and repentance release.
(happened while playing normally, just when a troll bomb exploded if I remember)

Seed in video description
Basically with a 20+ tear rate thanks to Soy Milk + Trisagion (60+ with Kidney Stone) the game was running fine up until reaching The Beast, when it started lagging massively, I managed to beat the boss but I have no clue what was going on, whether my tears weren't being rendered but stayed active or whatever, the fact is that the bosses were dying really fast (not sure if that was due to the lag or the tears staying on-screen)
You can even hear my laptop's fan speed up considerably as the CPU temps go up with the game lagging massively.
The game was running a smooth 60FPS before getting to that screen
Yep, pretty bugged character, along with the random default isaac transformation.
