how does angel room work in repentence?

i learnt that if skipped a devil deal if it spawn and not entering it you will have a Guaranteed chance to get an angel room and the wiki said that but when i skip the first devil devil deal it shows the angel deal chance lke 36 chance or somrthing like that and when i sometimes i watch youtube they get a 67.5 chance on floor3 after skipping the devl deal so how does this work?

If you don't take a devil deal your chance for an angel room goes up. If you donate money to coin bums your angel room chance goes up. If you blow up demon bums your angel room chance goes up.

Some items give you increased odds and some trinkets help as well. And yes angel room deals are very good. They always have been. Godhead is amazing, Seraphim transformation is really good, shields are good, I mean there are very few items that straight up suck.

36 chance - first 2 floors weren't xl
67.5 - you've got basement/cellar xl
Also skipping devil deals guarantees angel deal next, but doesn't mean that you get it 100% on the first few floors.

36 chance to get a room in general. If you skipped devil and you get a room spawn next time it will be and angel room. That's the guarantee, the type of the room not the spawn chance in general.
