For me: I had Stompy & flame tears. I easily made it to It Lives but because I only had 4 max hearts, my health was ALWAYS an issue. :(

I had technology that fires circle lasers, almond milk, about 10 shot speed ups, explosive tears and was absolutely wrecking everything. Picked up the blood oath item that reduces you to half a heart at the start of every floor and died to a fly in sheol.

My buddy got Mom's Knife and everything, used it to pierce the door, then went into the Devil Room and when she left it the door was sealed up again, but since it was used to pierce the door, Mom's Knife was no longer on the character... Much sadness ensued.

Had kinda good run with Keeper, but decided to use d100 and maybe get something better.
For some reason I've got only 1 heart container (without 9 lives) and one of the coins near me turned into troll bomb. Nice.

Sad funeral to this game. Some masochists may stay, but i believe majority of people wanted to chill and played the game for those stupidly op runs.

The other day I got so overpowered as Eden that whenever I fought the Lamb the game would just crash due to the sheer number of projectiles. I ended up giving up after crashing twice in that fight and just fought Mega Satan and Delirium instead (somehow I didn’t crash in those fights).

Every so often I'll go through 2/3 of a run with fully decked out DPS and then accidently grab something like Cursed Eye.

I don't remember what items I exactly had but I had 11 DMG and 5 tears per second. Then I picked up a Question Item and it was Double Wiz Shot (like r u wizard pill?). I was so disappointed... I screwed up the run...

Was playing as tainted keeper.
I had high tear rate & lost contact, but i found epic fetus from a secret room. Sure it wrecked all the bosses, but wasnt all that great against mega satan.

I had no orbitals & also had eaten 3 "one makes you larger" pills for a stompy effect. Rly didnt make the bullethell part easy when u have very limited health.
