Tips for unlocking [spoiler thing]?
Planetariums? I'm having a tough time doing it, so does anyone know a good strategy to use?

Not really, just be sure to have enough money and get both zodiac signs, as magic 8 ball and the crystal ball. the crystal ball could be the easiest part...

i recommend playing in greed mode, higher chance to see the zodiac items during a run

Do you need three zodiac items during the run to find one?

I only lucked out on unlocking em because i got trail of tears and capricorn then a bloodbank arcade with a fortune teller machine in another room

remeber you need either crystal ball, any zodiac sign,8 ball any 3 of those in a run will unlock em

Other possible items people have reported include Star of Bethlehem (one of Bethany's unlocks) and Tiny Planet (maybe only pick this up if you already have two and feel that unlocking Planetariums is more important than winning this run).

Worth mentioning that Tainted Cain can potentially reduce the luck element of finding specific items.

Its any three and given that the magic 8 ball is in 3 seperate item(gold chest /boss crane game pools.

The crystal ball is from Fortune teller machines means the hardest thing to find is the last astrology item.

Aka 2/3rds of the unlock is easy to get meanwhile just getting a zodiac/tiny planet is the hardest part.

So as long as you find a zodiac relatively early taking the game slowly to try to farm out the 2 more common ones will usually give you it.

I might roll Cain (with as much luck as you can cram into your stat bar) to the Chest, since that's the classic brute force multiplier way to unlock items that require combos, along with the strategies that people have mentioned here.

I'm pretty sure that's adjacent to how I got it done when starting the dlc. :dcrandom:
