I got a run and need few questions

I got a the lost run where i got some good dmg with electric tears , meat boy (not final form) , lil brimstone , and gnaved leaf (it was on bossrush) , and wooden cross , chaos card. I can go throught boss rush (my time is 16 min.) and go for hush into 30 min. Also did the wooden cross will protect me one hit more or it don't synergy with holy mantle on thr lost? Also did the meatboy will deal a dmg for delirium or requires me to shoot as him?

meat boy does dmg just wait till delirium is dead no matter how long it goes

What about wooden cross. They will protect me one hit more or not?

isaac wiki says it'll take priority over holy mental shield but if you're the lost it does not recharge after the next floor / if you got hit once you ain't got 2 holy mentals anymore https://bindingofisaacrebirth.gamepedia.com/Wooden_Cross

I asked there for wooden cross for lost when somehow worked and going for boss rush for gnawed leaf will be good idea. The run ended for me with defeating delirium . I done him 3/4 if hp but at 1/4 i ♥♥♥♥ in my pants and use gnawed leaf
