i mean i guess the damage multiplier items (cricket's head, sacred heart, crown of light, eve's mascara, etc) count

There's also Cracked Crown, a trinket which increases your other stat bonuses by a percentage.

just stuff that adds a multiplier to your current damage.

for example eves mascara gives your tears a flat 2x damage from that point on & it stacks with other multipliers

I think that some items give you a tears multiplier as well? Quad shot and haemolacria for example, I find that when I pick items like that up not only is the soft tear cap lower but tears up items like torn photo give a smaller tears up than they would have before.

Some items also give % damage down, like skinny odd mushroom, soy milk, almond milk, and tech 2 pre-repentance
