Uranus + Lusty Blood anti-synergy.
I was somewhat disappointed to find that my Uranus Brimstone completely negated my Lusty blood, and (possibly) my Jumper Cables as well. Is this anti-synergy really intended?

And if it didn't break Jumper Cables, then why make it break Lusty Blood? That seems very odd to me.

Uranus has a famed history of accidentally being an anti-synergy item. I think it's just the status effect removes a lot of power.
I suggest reporting it as a bug.
