Tainted Isaac + Potato Peeler + Dead Cat = Free Run
I am sure this is not a ground breaking discovery... but if you have not encountered this... but the Dead Cat will ALWAYS reset you to 1 heart container + any soul/black hearts. Meaning if you have even half of a non red heart container and eight items... you can start to chain potato peeler uses on your 9th item drop to stack damage and a ton of meatboys.
